Junior Speed & Agility Camp, (6) Sessions - June 2019

EVENING CAMP

Description: This 3 Week, 6 Session Junior Speed and Agility Camp is designed to introduce the athlete to skills necessary to improve overall speed and agility. Focus will be on run mechanics and functional body control to enhance acceleration / deceleration, lateral movement and multi-directional movement training.

Ages7-11
When: June 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 (Mon. & Wed.), 2019
Time: 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Where: Twin Oaks Fields Intersection of College Blvd and Hwy 85, Niceville, FL 32578 
Cost: $60 or [Single Day Fee $20 cash or check made out to FCDEC]

Individual Skill Development Camp, (6) Sessions - June 2019

EVENING CAMP

Description: FC Dallas-Emerald Coast staff will place emphasis on advanced skill & technical development for the individual player.

Ages6-14
Training Group Ages6-8,  9-11,  12-14
When: June 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 (Mon. & Wed.), 2019
Time: 6:15-7:30 p.m.
Where: Twin Oaks Fields Intersection of College Blvd and Hwy 85, Niceville, FL 32578 
Cost: $90 or [Single Day Fee $25 cash or check made out to FCDEC]

Daily Evening Schedule  
• 6:15 – 6:35 pm Warm up (related to topic of the day) plus Speed/Agility/Quickness 
• 6:35 – 7:05 pm Skill of the day (Maximum repetition of desired technique) 
• 7:05-7:25 pm Small-sided game play where players are able to apply technique and make decisions 
• 7:25 – 7:30 pm Cool down and reflection

Striker and Goalkeeper Camp, (6) Sessions - June 2019

EVENING CAMP

Description: Emphasis placed on decision making, mobility, and technique associated with finishing in the final third. Specific emphasis will be placed on the art of ball striking. Goalkeepers will benefit from developing better handling skills, fitness and footwork as well as defending breakaways and flank play. 

Ages:  9 to 12
Time: 5:00-6:15 p.m.
 

Ages:  13 & Up
Time: 6:30-7:45 p.m.
 

When: June 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27 (Tues. & Th.)
Where: Twin Oaks Fields Intersection of College Blvd and Hwy 85, Niceville, FL 32578

• 15 min. Warm up (related to topic of the day) plus Speed/Agility/Quickness 
• 20 min. Topic of the day (Drill that allows maximum repetition of desired technique) 
• 20 min. Topic of the day (Progressively adding numbers and pressure for game-simulated situations) 
• 15 min. Small-sided game play where players are able to apply technique and make decisions 
• 5 min. Cool down and reflection

FC Dallas-Emerald Coast Day Camp: June 17-20, 2019

MORNING CAMP

Description: Age-appropriate emphasis placed on the art of decision making and how it applies to the techniques of dribbling, passing, combination play, and finishing. Players will focus on proper technical execution and graduate to game application. Players will learn the how and when of technique on their way to improving decision making and soccer intelligence.

RISING STARS CAMP
Ages: 5 to 8
Time: 8:30-10:00 a.m.
Cost: $85

Ages: 9 to 14
Time: 8:30-11:00 a.m.

Daily Morning Schedule - Rising Stars (ages 5-8)

  • 8:30 – 8:50 am Warm up (related to topic of the day) plus Speed/Agility/Quickness
  • 8:50 – 9:15 am Topic of the day (Drill that allows maximum repetition of desired technique)
  • 9:15 – 9:30 am Topic of the day (Progressively adding numbers and pressure for game-simulated situations)
  • 9:30 – 9:55 am Small-sided game play where players are able to apply technique and make decisions
  • 9:55 – 10:00 am Cool down and reflection
